3. Requirements for Use

To use the platform's services you must: be over 18 years of age; have legal capacity to make investments in the Argentine Republic; provide truthful and up-to-date information; and accept the specific terms of each investment project.

4. Investment Risks

Real estate crowdlending carries inherent risks that you should consider before investing: possibility of partial or total loss of invested capital; risk of delays or defaults in funded projects; illiquidity of the investment during the project term; variations in Argentine real estate market conditions; and exchange rate and/or inflation risk. Past results of previous projects do not guarantee future returns. Each investor is responsible for evaluating their financial situation and risk tolerance.

5. Intellectual Property

All contents of the Site — including texts, images, logos, designs, source code, and trademarks — are the property of Aurinexo S.A. or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic and international treaties. Their reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aurinexo S.A. does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the Site or the absence of technical errors. We are not responsible for: damages derived from the inability to access the Site; investment decisions made based on the published information; actions of third parties that affect the operation of projects; or losses caused by force majeure events. The information provided on the Site is periodically updated but may not reflect the most recent data at all times.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond.

9. Modifications

Aurinexo S.A. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
